Welcome to the Presbyterian Church of the Big Wood

We welcome you to the Presbyterian Church of the Big Wood.  We are a community of more than three hundred members and active participants. We live between the 'blinking light' south of Bellevue all the way to North Fork by the SNRA offices.  We have many families and individuals, Affiliate Members from outside the valley, who are with us from two weeks to six
months out of the year.  We represent every vocation and profession and some of the ethnic cultures found in the valley.  We are in every age and stage of life.

We are joined together in a common journey of knowing and following Jesus Christ.  We come from many church backgrounds, and some of us have no faith background at all.  Our style is casual and relational - we hope you will find it authentic.  Some of us have been people of faith for many decades and some of us are seekers.  We are being drawn together into a community of persons who are loved and accepted by God's grace and made alive by God's Spirit.

We are just one congregation in God's larger church in the valley - a part of God's Kingdom.  If you are considering becoming part of a faith community, we hope you will take the time to get to know us.  We hope you'll find the information inside informative and helpful.

Please join us in worship this Sunday!
Contemporary Service at 9:30 a.m. and Traditional Service at 11:00 a.m.
